I am not yet an expatriate, but I am looking for information about life abroad.

I am Canadian, and I would like to live in Japan. I am currently in Chiba.

About me

I am a Canadian who has worked in Japan the last 18 years and i may be marrying a Filipina within the next year or two. I could get by on my rental income; but i think i will get bored unless i do something there. My gf does not want to live abroad so the Philippines is where we will settle. I was there in October Tuguegarao City, Gapan, Baguio, and Manila all the locations were quite polluted and the tap water was so bad. I hope to gain information on a nice place to settle and possibly raise a family as well.   

My birthday is on 9 July, I was born in 1962
