Retired Systems Engineer Looking For Work in Paraguay

I am a retired systems engineer living in the US Virign Islands. I am almost an expatriate, and I would like to continue the journey. I am in my early 50s, and am still young and healthy enough to work, if I find something that motivates me. I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics; and have spent most of my professional career in this profession and technical sales. I am competent in both Windows and Linux Operating Systems and have worked in laboratory and field environments, and designed and managed business processes.



My current areas of interest include Free Libre y Open Software (FLOSS), Telecommunications and Wireless Networking especially 'Ad-hoc Networks,' and Telecommunications privacy especially 'encryption technologies.' I have the Android SDK, and have compiled the master source on my system for future telecomm application development.



I speak English (expert level), Spanish and German (basic level).
