Expat looking for restaurant work

I am moving to ecuador on the 8 of February and am looking for restaurant,hotel work,have been in the business for 30 years, currently am kitchen manager in a restaurant in North Carolina, I am well versed in foh and boh, bartending whatever is called upon ,can cook whatever you want pretty much and speak quite a bit of spanish i spent about 12 years in mexico and central america thank you for your time and would love to talk to anyone interested Mark
