Customer Service Representative

Duties:

- Responsible to provide full range of customer services

- Handle clients’ enquiries and complaints (via email & toll free number phone)

- Maintain clear and accurate records of customers’ needs and concerns

- Liaise with internal staff for updating the progress and feedback information to the customers

- Coordinate with logistic officer for shipment of replacement parts to customers

- Keep track on the status of product delivery, returns and replacements



Requirements:

- College diploma holder is required

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience

- Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin preferably but not necessary

- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
