- As a butcher i am good in knife skills, knowledgeable in primal and sub-primal cuts for pork and cattle carcasses. As a slaughterer, I know hot to kill animals for food consumption, starting from stunning, sticking to evisceration up to splitting and delivering the carcass to our meat shop.
- I know how to use band saw although we often use hand saw for cutting bones, and using cleave for cutting thick meat with bones...
