Field Sales Manager (based in Erbil, responsible for Northern Iraq)



Our client is a large tobacco manufacturer, which is currently aggressively expanding and as a result of this expansion is entering the Iraqi market. To support their successful establishment on the market, they are now looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager, to be responsible for the Northern Iraq region.



The position:



The Field Sales Manager will work alongside the company's distribution partner, collaborating with their marketing and sales staff. He/she will follow market trends and competitors' activities, identifying sales channels and strategies and recommending operational changes and improvements in the sales force's approach and activities, in order to maximize market share and revenue.



The Field Sales Manager will implement pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction, and will coordinate distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.



He will be constantly communicating with the market, meeting potential and existent clients, as well as conducting product training and demonstrations for customers. The Field Sales manager will organize promotional and other activities in order to meet sales objectives.



He will be responsible for the hiring, training and performance evaluations of sales staff and will oversee their daily activities.





The candidate:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics/International Trade/Business with an emphasis on International Trade.

4-5 years of relevant experience within the FMCG sector.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Knowledge of Arabic and/or Kurdish is mandatory.

Clean driving licence.
