- Dedicated Architect with 26-plus years high experience in the design of City, residential town, low/high-rise residential, retail, office and mixed-use buildings plus sports facilities, private sector commercial, educational, Factory, Landscape, and all part of Architectural projects.
- Dealt with All type of residential, - Experience in project management from design conception, construction up to handover.
- Presentation drawings for client approval
- Preparing tender and construction drawing packages.
- Submitting planning applications including drawings and documents for planning approval and listed building consent.
- Experience in working with grade I and II listed buildings, conservation and
heritage buildings.
- Site supervision and follow up documentation.
- Measured surveys of buildings mainly interiors.
- Coordinating with building service consultants.
- Positive approach and fast learning to new skills.
- Good co¬¬mmunication skills and team work.
- Prepared documentation for projects and presentation drawings for
brochures.
- Preparing estimates for projects and bill of quantities for construction.
- Site supervision and discussion with clients, contractors.
- Experienced in reinforced cement concrete frame type of construction
with infill walls of brick/ block masonry.
- Architectural drawings, working drawings, details for metal staircases, parapet railings, marble, granite claddings
Diplomas Master of Architecture : Baku Architectural & Construction University, Azerbaijan (2006-2008)
- Bachelor of Architecture : Baku Architectural & Construction University, Azerbaijan (2001-2005)
- Master of continuous Architecture: Tehran University Architectural Faculty (1985-1989) was unable to finish university because of the work & some other reasons.
