Bingo Assistant

The open position is to work for one of the biggest company in the E gaming Industry.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain financial data spreadsheet and produce daily reports on site performance.
•Assist with the testing of new products.
•Generate promotional ideas to generate extra site income.
•Schedule games to be played in bingo rooms.
•Set up promotions in the back office.
•Provide detailed analysis on all onsite promotions and new product roll outs.
• Monitor opposition sites and report on any promotions or initiatives of any significance
• Attend regular bingo meetings and minute said meetings. Be prepared to discuss KPI’s and developments.
• Work closely with the bingo operations team and filter ideas/recommendations into the bingo roadmap.
• Be first point of resolution for all escalated queries from customer services.
• Play a key role in supporting the bingo customer services function on a day to day basis to include providing training and supporting documents.
• Develop and maintain the relationship with the Bingo Chat Moderators.
• Assist with the successful planning and roll out of new products and other various developments.

Key Requirements
• A passion for Bingo and the online gaming business.
• Experience of the online gaming bingo market, ideally as both an operator and as a player.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing organizational needs.
• Flair for creative and innovative ideas/creations.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Evidence of strong customer focus.
• Foreign language skills would be an advantage, specifically Swedish, Spanish and Italian
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel. Experience of Databases would be an advantage.
• Mature and sensible attitude and outlook at all times.
• Knowledge of Gambling Commission legislation requirements would be an advantage.
• Proven track record in working to and delivering to targets an advantage
