Business Development Manager - International Money Transfer



A well established Foreign Exchange business in the Czech Republic is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Prague to grow an international money transfer business. The individual will be expected to be capable of swiftly developing and implementing a plan to achieve rapid growth.



Responsibilities will include:



• Recruitment of a Sales Team

• Setting and monitoring financial targets

• Agreeing and implementing a marketing plan

• Business Development

• Appointing and managing external agents

• Managing and auditing internal sales force and external agents

• Liaison with local and international financial institutions



Candidate qualities:



• Enthusiastic and self motivated

• Target driven

• Able to pay close attention to detail

• Proven experience of motivating a sales team

• Forward thinking and entrepreneurial

• Fluency in the Czech language and able to converse in English
