FREE plot of land on private Island

If you know anything about Bahamas Real Estate, you know about "Generation Property". I am married to a Bahamian with over 20 acres of "generation property" on an Island in the Bahamas that is little known to the public right now. It is prime beachfront, with lush farm land. We would like to build a small, very private eco-resort. We'd also like to do 90-day cash crops for local consumption. Both these ventures are top priorities for the Bahamas government in these tough economic times. We are offering a plot of land on this island, which has no general population in our area, only a small population to the north of us of mostly senior citizens, to someone who would like to invest in our project, as well as reasonable return on investment. We are looking for serious investors looking to invest in the Bahamas and make a good living. As Im sure you're finding, jobs in the Bahamas are scarce and they are keeping the ones that do exist for Bahamians, so us expats have to make our own way. We live in Freeport right now and my hubby works at a resort. We have a piece of a business plan (could use some help with that) a great piece of land, but no money, just plain working people with a dream and the land.
