Manager Research, Marketing, Recruitment



Responsibility :-

• Manage, implement and participate in name gathering initiatives

• Supervise staff on location- manage time, absenteeism, productivity and commitment

• Work with data team in Canada to input results of name gathering initiatives

• Conduct candidate screening interviews using Skype or telephone

• Research and identify subject-defined online content

• Conduct searches for specific and general international mandates

• Create and maintain research process and system

• Communicate effectively with Head Office in Canada to align goals and objectives and report progress

• Submit executive summaries of research and name gathering findings, process, and plan



Requirements :-

• Has at least 3 years experience in recruitment industry. Mining, Energy, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas experience an asset

• Ability to assess, compare and report on data

• Must be proficient in Web 2.0 and web research

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in HR, Computer Science, Business Administration or a closely related field.

• On top of newest internet search trends and applications

• Is experienced in managing and motivating staff, a Leader and self driven

• Quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Required skill(s): Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office applications

• Required language(s): English, French and Chinese an asset



Remuneration:

• Full time and flexible to international time zone needs (EST)

• Salary up to 60,000 THB
