Basic qualifications
University graduated, MBA would be a plus
Fluent in both written and spoken English, spoken Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
At least 3 years experiences in Sales, particularly in Real Estate, Hotel, and Service Industries
Have strong local networks and connections (It is people that make business happen!)
Team working skill, open minded, and highly social
Responsible, independent, and good time management
Expats are most welcome to apply but must be able to speak and communicate fluently in Mandarin
Job Description
•Actively promote the center
•Attend and plan functions and parties to expand your network
•Formulating creative Business Development and Sales Strategies
•Perform Cold calling and Blitz Calls regularly
•Handling Sales Leads and negotiations effectively
•Maintaining good relations with Real Estates Agents
•Building Rapport with Associations, Chambers of Commerce
•Ensure records and general accounts are maintained
•Taking pride in TEC customer service standards and seeking constant improvement
