Description

Providing support to the Director and the Team in

Typing, Filing, Arranging Appointments, Office Administation, Simple Bookkeeping and Translation.

Have the knowledge of using MS Word and Excel

Answering the telephone, take messages and dealing with enquiries

Liaising with internal & external clients,

Diary management – arranging meetings

Organising couriers

Updating the database

Person Specification

Experience in a similar role is essential

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Friendly, helpful, flexible and pro-active attitude

Good communication skills

Good attention to detail

Able to speaks English & Putonghua with at least 1 year of experience

Additional Information

Hours: 9 to 6pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.

Working Area : Jingan District
