Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
1. Organize to establish the strategic development plan and annual business plan of Research Institute
2. Grasp the development direction of each professional, participate the discussions of new technology, new variety and technical improvements for each professional and give suggestions
3. Organize to establish the new field of research objectives, decomposition of key techniques, propose the research technology methods, and become a feasibility report

Management of scientific research:
1. Organize to establish the scientific research management system and process, supervise and inspect the completion status of research projects
2. Participate the project demonstration of each professional, organize the project acceptance and identify the scientific and technological achievements, review and approve of related technical documents

Policy Research:
1. Responsible for study on national and provincial macro policies and Group company’s science and technology development trends
2. Guide the projects selection and declaration related works, and check them for final confirmation

The work of the Technical Committee:
1. Conduct technical committee work, organize the technical advice for major investment projects (including the construction of major projects, technology introduction etc.)
2. Organize and develop the academic activities within and outside the institute

Informatization Construction:
1. Organize to establish the overall planning of Informatization construction
2. Promote management process optimization and improvements, which is related to Informatization construction

Others:
1. Collaboration with Vice President of the institute, communicate the work with Vice President of the institute from time to time, provide the technical support for technical projects promotion
2. Other works assigned by the President
