Enterprise sales

This position will have the responsibility of providing sales support on various HP Technologies including Servers, Storage and DR solutions. This involves understanding of the customer requirements and providing a technical solution, responding to RFI / RFP’s, Presentation to the customer on the technical solution. The candidate should have good knowledge of the competition products and technologies. The Job also involves giving presentation to senior level executives and tech-talks in various forums. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing case studies and providing trainings to internal teams. The responsibilities shall also include pipeline management, Forecasting, Coordination with internal & HP’s teams, regular reporting and achieving set targets on Quarterly basis.
Desired Candidate's Profile 

The ideal candidate shall be an Electronics/Computer Engineering Graduate holder with 5 years experience with minimum 2 years experience in sales of HP Enterprise solutions:

• Sound Knowledge of HP ESS solutions including ISS, BCS, SWD, DP/DR & HP Unix as well as Server & Storage Management Software tools 
• Knowledge on usage of various HP Tools like SBW, Storage Sizing tools etc. 
• Certifications like APP &/or APC in HP ESS will be added advantage. 
• Thorough understanding of Sales cycle including relevant commercial terms & processes. 
• Good experience towards Solutions presentations, RFP creation/response, proposal preparation & follow up. 
• Knowledge towards Market & Competition information collection, analysis and action plan.
- An expert in enterprise storage and server solutions (HP, CISCO, Net Apps, and other unique Storage solution) 
- 5 years sales experience in an IT environment - such as computer enterprise sales, software sales, etc.
- Understanding of systems upgrades and networking
- Strong sales skills, presentation, communication, closing.
