Portuguese Speakers_IT helpdesk Analyst

Responsibilities :
- Process (analyze, take appropriate action) requests and issues raised through emails and telephone calls
- Solve known issues by using the SharePoint knowledge base and when required, by taking remote control on the computer
- Escalate cases to and communicate with appropriate teams when required, while owning the end-to-end solution
- Monitor the Helpdesk mailbox and make outgoing calls and emails whenever needed.
- Monitor personal mailbox
- Work effectively within a team of IT Analysts
- Language used - Portuguese and English.
Experience :
- Fluent in Portuguese and English/French - Spoken and written
- Analytical aptitudes
- Ability to work in a multicultural international environment
- Communication skills, telephony skills
- Ability to work under Pressure
- General 1st level Troubleshooting.
