I am currently an executive assistant at Goldman Sachs in London. I am moving out to Nairobi in August with my parnter who has accepted a teaching role in Nairobi, and will be looking for EA/ Project assistant work in any industry.

— Extensive management and co-ordination of busy and complex diaries
— Point of contact for all clients regarding meetings, information and queries
— Co-ordinated extensive international and national travel including visa arrangement
— Set up conference calls across a multitude of time zones
— Interact with clients, assistants and senior management both internally and externally and at the highest level
— Providing professional and confident representation of the Partner/ MD’s office
— Set up and co-ordinated the organisation of client events and corporate dinners both locally and abroad

Expense Manager | Goldman Sachs | February 2012 – Present

— Responsible for checking and approving/rejecting all expense claims for the Middle East, Turkey, Nordic and London based Healthcare Group regions.
— Ensuring all expense claims are within the per diem amount allowance and all receipts are attached to reports outlining the reason for expenditure.
— Escalating expense related issues to management, problem solving and developing new expense processes for the regions in weekly team meetings
— On going monitoring and managing of the outstanding over 90 day expenses for all bankers in the EMEA regions and effectively reducing these where possible

One off Task – To test and re-launch the online Health and Safety Display Screen Equipment System ( Vigilaris)

— To draw up phase two re-launch requirements detailing correct and expected behaviour of system

Goldman Sachs London | Ergonomics Consultant | April 2008 – November 2008

I worked within a team of three Ergonomists and several Occupational Therapists. We used an internal based online system to flag up incorrect workstation setups. Daily desk assessments were conducted on individuals experiencing discomfort or pain. We worked closely with Occupational Health to correct their work stations and diagnose potential repetitive strain injuries or Musculo Skeletal disorders associated with display screen equipment. Daily reports were produced of individual cases and we sourced various suppliers to purchase specialist ergonomic equipment
