Wanted: Garde Manger / Line Cook

Wanted: Garde Manger with experience in preparation of gourmet sandwiches and salads, in addition to other various menu items (breakfasts, desserts, etc.), for multiple venues. Must be experienced in: high-quality product selection, preparation and presentation; maintaining kitchen operations and safety protocols; ordering supplies and keeping inventory; menu planning and pricing; and product development. Should be professional, focused on quality, and familiar with international cuisine concepts.

Salary: negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
