With well developed infrastructure yet affordable prices Surco is a good choice for short and longer term rent in Lima. Bordering with Miraflores and Barranco with easy bus connections to both, shopping malls, gym, swimming pool close by. The rest of Lima is easily accessible by Metropolitano bus and metro train. The area is very safe and tranquil. Easy and fast connections to all parts of Lima: 5 min walk to Metropolitano bus and Metro train. Even though we're right between two main Avenidas Benavides and Marsano, the house is situated on a small street, there's no traffic noise.
