offering basement for $350 per person

hi, im a woman chilean searching womans for rent in my basement since 1st january, the basement is all equipmented, all furnitures and you will have you room for yourself, one bathroom, chicken, fresh, heat, internet, all i mean, my roomates chilean is move out, so, i need two roomates. But if we are just you and me, we'll pay $350 per person, if we are 3 womans, we'll pay $330 per person, contact me please, just english peoples, is for practise my english, bye bye. The basement is just 25 minutes to downtown, is very near, you have bus stop and sky train here, in sky you arrive in 10 minutes.
