100m2 flat to share

I am a tenant in a beautful 1st floor flat with balcony in a traditional Zurich house. As I am travelling extensively, I would now like to share the fully furnished flat - the landlord is ok with that. You would have 2 rooms of approx. 20m2 to your own, share living room, a big eat in kitchen, bathroom and lovely balcony. You can have it semi-funished or not - we can talk.
There also is a big garden.
The Zurich lake is 15 mins walking distance, great for swimming in summer.
Public transportation (the tram) is 2 mins walk, it takes you to central ZH (train station) directly in 20mins only. A big supermarket is also just 2mins away, one of the best Irish pubs in ZH just 5mins.
Rent is CHF 3.000 which I would like to share
