Flat in Madrid city center

Hi guys,

We are looking for a flatmate at the end of January, in order to start to live together at the beginning of June (1st).

We would like to live with a responsible guy, and prefererly expat, we dont wanna change the flatmate in a few months.

The atmosphere is really great. We are 28 years old and 30 years old. We are spanish and have quite good english level, we were erasmus. One of our target is to keep speaking english and spanish in exchange, we could even speak german. We usually go out together to pubs/discos in Huertas and girls are really glad to meet us ;)

The flat is three bedroom flat, all of them have outside windows and a new and comfy matress (aloe vera), one bath, kitchen and living room.It is bright and recently renovated . It is full furnitured (oven, microwave, fridge, TV). Internet included in the price.

The location is just one minute to line 1, two minutes to line 6, and six minutes to Mendez Alvaro (Main Bus station in Madrid and train cercanias/renfe).The night bus stops just in front of the building, night lines N10, L1 and L6. There are a lot of supermarkets (mercadona, ahorraMas, dia, condis), banks, mall (El corte Ingles), 24hours pharmacy ,shops (Berskha, Blanco), schools, parks... Silent and lighting home.
