Seeking apartment in Sarria or Sant Gervasi

Hello,
I am looking for a furnished, 2-3 bedroom apartment in Sarria or Sant Gervasi to rent beginning in August (and going until at least June 2013). I would like to spend under 1500 euro. Both my roommate and I are teachers and are responsible and clean and would take good care of your place. Please let me know if you have any friends or know of people who will be giving up their apartments and looking for someone to rent it! Thanks!
