Summer rental in Fulham SW6 - 2 bedroom private garden

Hi,

Me and my boyfriend are renting out our beautiful Fulham flat over the Summer. Available from June 11th - end of September.

The flat is bright with high ceiling and great standard throughout.

You will enjoy a fantastic private garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
The eat-in kitchen is big and you can fit 10 people at the dining table. We are extremely interested in cooking and baking so you will find all different devices as well as a washer, dryer, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
One bedroom has a kingsize bed with brand new mattress as well as wardrobes and place for storing.
The other, bigger, room can be either a bedroom or living room as the room comes with two sofas of which one can be turned in to a comfy bed.

The flat is located on a really nice and quiet street between Fulham Broadway and West Bromptons tube stations (5 minutes walk to both) which are between zone 1 and 2 on the District Line. From West Brompton you can also access Overground. Just around the corner is Michelin star-pub The Harwood arms and only 5 minutes away you will find Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, various pubs and restaurants, movie theater, shops and a couple of different gyms.


We are in love with our flat so we are looking for clean and profesional people who can live here while we are gone for the Summer.

The price is £550 p/w and includes all bills. (Electricity, gas, water, council tax and BT internet)
