Looking for Furnished 3 bed rental

We are looking for a 3/4 bedrooms furnished house/cottage for rent under $1000 when we start our process of moving to Belize. We would prefer something on a monthly basis to begin. We would love to be near the ocean, and no further then 30 minutes away if possible. Needs to be Safe and quiet. We have 4 young children between the ages 7-12 years old. We also have our pet dog Ziggy that will be with us. He's a 8 years old terripoo and is a very good dog. He's never made any mess or has eaten anything he wasn't suppose to in his life. Always goes outside for his needs. He's nothing to worry about at all.
