Rentals-Apartments or Homes-Chattel Homes

I am a Canadian investor, would like to rent chattel apartments and homes to myself and foreign tourists and friends. Did it in a foreign country previously, was quite successful at it, let me know if you have a place, or a few rntal properties you would like me to managa and make some money at the same time.
