Room available in district 1

Hello everybody,

Since I am leaving Ho Chi Minh on the 29th of July I am looking for someone to take my room.

The house in located at 5/72 Nguyễn Trung Ngạn, a narrow street near Tôn Đức Thắng. The room is pretty big with its own bathroom, and a balcony. The house is very nice, 250m² , 3 floors , 5 rooms and bathrooms, rooftop , full furnished kitchen ,motorbike parking space and also a piano ! There are 5 other roommates who are really nice and who speak English.

The rent costs 200 dollars the charges (around 40 dollars per month) and you have to give a deposit of 400 dollars and a photocopy of your passport to the landlord at your arrival.
