We are sharing a 4 bedroom-house at an excellent location in district 1, about 3 minutes to Le Duan street, the city center, Co-op supermarket and Tan Dinh Market. There is food galore just outside our doorstep -- hu tieu, banh canh, bun thit nuong, pho, banh mi AND Al Fresco's Bar & Grill, Zenta Restaurant, Highland Coffee shop are just a 10min walk down our street -- you will NEVER have to cook again (like I do). But if you're into cooking, we have a good sized kitchen with twin gas stove, double sink (I know, very important :p) and a grill.

The house is in a neat, quiet, secure alley 86 Mac Dinh Chi St (nr Dien Bien Phu St). You will be sharing with 1 slovakian guy , 2 american guys (english teachers). They are all very easy going, fun and young professionals looking for the same to share this lovely home.

Your room is on the 2nd floor and comes with a queen bed, bookshelf, clothes rack, desk, fan & A/C. You will be sharing a large bathroom with only 1 housemate. We have a washing machine and undercover laundry drying area on the top floor PLUS an open room (where you can do the ironing) with a fold-out mattress for guests PLUS attached to that is a 'sun-room' with a hammock for those lazy days when you just wanna lay back, relax and read a book with the cool breeze on your face :D. There is also room for a motorbike if you have one.

- Rent is 240USD shared utilities about 25 usd/month including maid (twice a week)
- Bond is 300USD.
