A flat with one room in GANGNAM!

Hi There,
I have one clean, safe, and all FURNITURED flat to rent near Gangnam Station (line 2 & new bundang line) & Yoeksam Station (line 2) "Heart of Seoul & SUPER GREAT LOCATION!".
My uncle rented the flat for his visiting & now plans to go back to the State & come back in December or January. He paid all deposit & had 2-year contract making unused flat for 6 months.
I think the deal is perfect for someone who works in Company around Gangnam for short-term / Summer School Students / Family Visitors / A group of Friends .
Otherwise, i also consider to move myself & live with a roommate if the flat is not taken till June. So, if someone interested in the roommate option please email as well! Only Girls please (I'm a girl as well).
I'm native Korea and can speak English. So, if you take the flat, you can have me as a good guidance of Korean life, and I promise you that I'll be being very helpful :)

Rent: Monthly : 100 KRW / 900 USD (can pay in Check as well) exclusive bills (around 50 usd)
Weekly : 30 KRW / 230 USD
Daily: 4 KRW / 33 USD
USD price varies on exchange rate at the time of payment


Deposit: Monthly stay-1month deposit/ Short Term stay-not determined
