I am sub-renting my room for the months of June, July and August (exact dates: May 31st to the 1st week of September).

Great LOCATION :
It’s less than 10 minutes on foot to Sinchon station (line 2, near Yonsei university) and Daeheung station (line6, near Sogang university),which makes for fast and easy access to many popular spots in town, such as Hongdae (1 stop away, or just 20 minutes on foot to the hub of clubs), Sinchon and its vibrant student night life, Itaewon to mingle with other expats, City Hall for free outdoors performances throughout Summer…
Great ROOM:
The room is on a rooftop in a quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy the aerated terrace and direct morning sunshine… Plus, outside access for guaranteed independence.
Size :
It’s fairly big (around 3m50 x 2m75).
Amenities :
It comes with a single bed, a large desk with two drawers, a LAN cable for the internet, a lamp, a radio, a radio alarm clock, and a clothes rack (and various books if you fancy it).
In the vestibule there is a fridge, a sink with minimal crockery, and a washing machine (washing powder, toilet paper and washing up liquid provided). The washroom/toilet is shared with a (very discreet) Korean male student.
Limited access to cooking in the landlady’s kitchen on the ground floor, where you can also get purified cool and hot water. Actually, for an extra meager 50 000 wons per month, you get 2 Korean homemade meals a day and the chance to practice your Korean with the friendly grandmother who cooks and owns the hasukjip (student’s house).
I ask for a respectful tenant, since you will be living in my bedroom. You are free to use my guide books and touristic brochures, and even to check out my books and CD’s, but be considerate to personal stuff.
Great PRICE :
I am asking for just 390 000 wons per month, which is a discount to what I normally pay. The rent corresponding to your stay is to be given all at once when you get the room key, along with a personal document of yours that I will use as a security (driver’s license, student card…).
