This apartment is just typical type one in Korea.

But since there is no house-sharing culture in Korea, it is very difficult to stay with Korean in apartment.

You probably have to contract with real estate agent for just studio almost of time at least 1 year contract

with lots of paper work and high rent fee compare to economical house-sharing price.

Or you might get chance to stay in house. But for flat, there's no chance unless you buy it! And there's reason that almost of Koreans prefer apartment than other type of houses.



Also this is very rare chance to stay with Korean who can speak English.

I can help you with everything and you will get to know Korea which you'd never know if you don't live with them.

This is my sister's room. Since she has to absent for long, you can use everything that belongs to her.
