Flatshare in Makati

Hello there!



I am looking from two new flatmates My flatmates are leaving on March 6th 2011. I currently share a flat in Makati in Burgos St cor Calayaan Av.



The appartment is big (200m²), comes furnished with three rooms and three private bathrooms.



Rent is PHP16,000 per month each plus bills (about 2000/month each). Two months advance plus two months deposit.



I am French and would like a mix of nationalities, I am a professionals in early 20s and working standard hours. You will need to be open minded and behave like an adult.

7th floor, near mall and shops and active nightlife.



The flat is10 minutes' walk away from Buendia MRT station.



The room are medium sized, double beds. The decoration is not modern but the flat is clean and in good shape. Very big kithen and living room. Swimming pool in the roof. Guards.



There is oven, freezer and all you need for cooking.

I'm available for flat visits on evenings from around 7pm and weekends.
