House share @ Tropicana

Gated & guarded community, very safe house which will only be shared with 1 working adult female. Renter must be dog-friendly (you don't have to take care or like dogs, you just have to not be afraid of them). Female renters only, please.
House is beautifully fully furnished with aircons, beds, tv, etc. Ready to move in, brand new condition. Electricity/internet is included. There is a nice park opposite the house. Located in the prime Tropicana housing area.
The rental of the entire house is RM3500, but I will be taking the master bedroom and paying for all utilities, so you'll only have to pay RM1500.
