Looking for a Short-term Lease in Kuningan RP5-8 million/month

Hi there,

I will be working in Jakarta for 6 months and am looking for a short-term lease for a fully furnished 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in the Kuningan area or thereabouts (1 June-30 November), with a view of possibly extending the lease in the event that my contract is renewed.

My budget is between 5-8 million Rupiah per month and I'd like to have the following:
- Well-equipped kitchen (with proper oven if possible).
- Balcony.
- Internet access.
- Frontloader washing machine.
- Apartment and furniture in good condition.

Would be grateful for any suggestions either of apartments or agents/other people who might have useful information.
