Great house for a family or an Expat couple. The landlord is really nice, not the horror stories you hear about other Shanghai landlords. I'm moving out and need someone to take over my lease because I need to downsize, but otherwise I would stay here. Apartments and Condo's are boring, this house feels like you actually live in China.
