Wanted: Looking for 1 Room Accommodation in Dalian

I will be arriving in Dalian on May 28th, 2012 from India and will be provided company accommodation for a month. Post that, will require a rented accommodation for myself.

Requirement Date and Location Details:
1) Date & Month for Living: I will require the room from 25th June
2) Duration: Will be there for atleast a year.
3) Proximity: Should be close to Hi-tech Industrial Zone.

Facilities & Condition Details:
4) Furnishing: Furnished or semi-furnished. List of Items & Appliances to be mentioned with their condition
5) Utility Cost: To mention if Electricity, Water, Room Heating, Internet, Cleaning etc will be provided as part of rent.

Cost Details:
6) Monthly Rent in CNY
7) Advance Rent if any
8) Security Deposit with Refundable / Non-Refundable.
