I’m leaving my room on the 1st of August:



- Location : Liufang Xi Bahe Nanlu (Line 13, near Dongzhimen)

- It is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment, about 100 sqm

- The room is fully furnished (wardrobe, king size bed, bedside tables...) and has its own bathroom

- Kitchen, inner balcony, large living-room, with air-conditioner, TV, Wifi, washing machine and all accommodation needed

- You will be sharing the apartment with a 21 y.o. French girl who’s doing an internship in Beijing

- Rate for the room : 3.400rmb / month
