large dbl bedroom in a friendly BKK3 flatshare, only 250US/month

I'm moving out of my room at the end of the month. Its a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, AC, desk and closet. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large house. Its in a great location, near the Flicks cinema, on street 350 between 95 and 105. It has a huge living room with a flat screen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is also big and fully equipped, and there is a patio area at the back. There is space at the front to park motos bicycles.

You would be sharing with 2 friendly housemates- an American guy and a Canadian girl, both in their mid-twenties.

The rent is 200US a month without bills. It comes to around 50/60 per person more with bills ( internet, cleaner, cable, electricity, water).
