Hello all,

I'm moving back to Vietnam soon so promised I would help my friendly landlord to advertise a couple of his rooms. There is a (very) large room at the front of the house which opens up onto a spacious patio for your plants, deck chair,BBQ sessions and washing. The room is divided into two sections and has a private bathroom, a refrigerator, table and chairs,a fan,an air conditioner, a work desk, queen sized bed, plenty of windows, a TV(with free cable and a kitchen to;complete with cooker sink pots and pans cupboard etc.. You really have to see it to get a good idea of the size and comfort-ability factor.

There is also a smaller room at the back with a similar range of amenities and furnishings.

The larger room costs $150 per month/ with bills adding up to between $30 - $40 depending on how much you use personally.

The smaller room goes for $130 with slightly cheaper bills. Both are excellent value and not far from the river side, though far enough away that you can actually chill-out hen you get home from work and enjoy a relaxed comfortable atmosphere.

There is a friendly American couple stairs and the landlord is a very understanding and kind man who goes out of his way to accommodate you in anyway he can.

The house is near a main supermarket, a local market, plenty of petrol stations, a couple of football fields, and several parks which are great fora morning run/cycle if that's your thing.
