Flat in bavaria Town maadi Ring road

I have a flat that will be ready on december 2010, it's not painted.

the flat located in Bavaria Town compund by the ring road (Buildings around BMW service center) and the compund is still finalizing yet.

at the end their will be 3 swimming pools on each building roof aside from gardens between buildings for green space.

I did request some modifications for the flat like an American kitchen, and extra door for one of the rooms to be able opening this room as living room to the reciptian area.

the flat will be handed with all front Glasses and main door as the building designes are restricted to show all the same.
