Housemates needed!

Hello everyone,

We have two rooms to rent in two different houses in the Kinanira 3 area of Bujumbura. Each house has a dining room, TV room and fully equipped kitchen with bedrooms that have their own bathrooms. The first house has 3 other housemates and the rent is $150.00USD per month with $40.00USD charges (house guard, gas, laundry, cleaning).

The second house has 2 other housemates and the rent is $200.00USD per month with $40.00USD charges (house guard, gas, laundry, cleaning).



Both houses are lovely, close to the centre of town and there are some amazing views of the hills and lake from parts of the house. At the moment all housemates are female expats (Denmark, Congo, Sweden, US, UK,) but we are open to living with anyone who is open minded, respectful of others and fun to be around!



The rooms are available on 1st November or 1st December (preference for the 1st of November)
