The competitive Irish tax regime has led many large international companies to settle in the country.
As a foreigner, if you want to set up a business in Ireland, you must obtain permission from the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
You can find more information about setting up a business in Ireland on the FAS website or on the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment website. Note that there are many other websites dedicated to entrepreneurship in the country.
It is highly advised to contact the chamber of commerce of your home country established in Ireland in order to get assistance or additional information about the legal procedures or the fiscality in the country.
