Fastest growing economic sectors in Mauritius are information and communication, new technologies and tourism where many jobs are now available.
Avoid certain sectors like catering and trade.
Note that foreign workers are not allowed to work in relation with water sports/activities or car rental for example.
Other particularity: in Mauritius, they might ask you your religious belief of the candidate during the recruiting process.
