I am a personal trainer from Scotland uk



I have just started working in Bahrain (manama but will travel to clients locations)



I have over 10 years’ experience working in the fitness industry and physical training field ranging from running my own studios to training new recruits and special forces within the army.



I am offering 1-1 and buddy up sessions to help clients reach their physical goals whether it is too loose weight, get fit, build muscle or reach high levels of fitness or just improved health. My expertise will help you get there!!
