Breton Doggie needs a good home

I am trying to contact as many expats as I can with regards to a dog we took off the streets 4 months ago. He's a gentle natured pooch and my husband refers to him as a pedigree Serbian hunting breed (in English he's of the Breton breed). He has got a big heart for people but I'm afraid the three dogs we brought with us from South Africa simply refuse to accept him (mostly due to the fact that our Alpha Male is quite high strung and extremely territorial).
We've lived for the past few months with an 'apartheid' system in our house (trying to shuffle garden time between Sima -the Breton- and our other three pooches). Integration progress is going nowhere and so it's with a heavy heart that I'm sticking out feelers to find Sima a new home.
Ideally I would like to find Sima a western-mentality home as I've had extremely bad experiences with the general Serbian approach to animal welfare. However, if you know of any home that will treat Sima well (i.e. no chains, no cages, no unprotected sleeping areas, no unfenced gardens and no owners who are unable to feed him daily) I would love it if you could let me know.
He's a full grown dog (which makes it harder to find him a home in general) of small to medium size. I'm unsure of how he would relate to other dogs or cats (my only experience with him has been with our little pack where the South African dogs seemed to be the aggressors). To be safest, it might be best if his new home does not have another dog or cat (that he'd be the 'only child') as I am unable to guarantee his reaction to other pets.
The picture attached is to give indication of the breed only. Sima looks very similar to this image but I've not yet managed to upload a small enough photo of him to this site.
