Can somebody really help me learn Italian please??

I shifted from New York last year end to Milan, but have been struggling to learn Italian. Can somebody please help me learn Italian. If you agree, I can in exchange help you with English or Hindi, no problem at all. If you are in or around Milan area, we can start from tomorrow.
