I like to tailor the lessons to what my students need. That means you learn what YOU need to play the music that you want to play.
In the first lesson we'll figure out what you want to achieve and together we'll structure the future lessons to achieve your goals. In doing that, we'll do some of these wonderful things...

* Develop your rhythm and timing, dexterity and accuracy - it's hard to make music if your hands can't do it
* Ear training - listen better to make learning easier
* Common chord progressions and song structures - great for budding songwriters!
* Learn about chord families, voicings, extensions, and substitutions
* Learn to read music, tablature, and write your own chord charts
* Improvisation - anyone can do it!

Ideal for all levels - beginner, intermediate, semi-pro, and professional musicians or singer/songwriters wanting to hone their playing and compositional skills.

About me: I'm an Irish male (half American), late-thirties, 25 years experience. I've been living in Paris since the year 2000 and I've played over 1500 concerts in that time. I'm a great teacher - experienced, knowledgeable, patient and fun! References are available on request.
