Selling Nikon D300 and SB700 flash unit

I'm selling my Nikon D300 body (perfect condition, very low shutter actuations) and SB700 flash (almost new). I want to upgrade to a D800 and a bigger flash. Genuine sale- D300 sensor was professionally cleaned and pixels remapped in Melbourne in December last year. It's a beautiful camera in near new condition. Will separate, but prefer to sell together. Will throw in Nikon D300 eBook by Thom Hogan- full of useful tips and hints not available in the user manual.
