Native French Speaker?

Looking for a native french speaker to help me become fluent in speaking French. I have a degree in french lit but only basic speaking skills. Need a native french speaker to have conversations with for say 1 hour 2x week, who will let me speak. Teachers at Alliance Francaise just talk all the time, so I don't learn how to speak, although my comprehension is improving.
Will pay reasonable fee or swap for english conversation. I am here until Feb 2011.
