Roving Reporter is written by Eric Ludy, an American writer and journalist living and working in Lima, Peru. Faced with a layoff notice at a daily newspaper in Wisconsin, I decided to take off and do something I've always wanted to try: experience the world outside my comfort zone. The resulting move took me from a small town in northern Wisconsin to a new life in Lima, a giant metropolis perched upon the Pacific’s Ring of Fire.
